Very friendly staff, lovely location a couple of minutes walk to the lake and slightly out of town so it was quieter. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that.

Nice room with all amenities, comfortable bed. The location is perfect, very close to the UN agencies, and next to a park and the lake. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely consider this hotel when I revisit Geneva.
I would have liked some bottled water in the room when I arrived, and extension cords for power outlets (I had to use the water kettle on the floor, because the cord was too short). Other than that, everything went according to expectations.

Unfortunately there just 1 day. Reception service was friendly and room was as requested. Location was great, across from large park that fronted Lake Geneva. East walk into north side of town. Had to leave early next morning so did not have a chance to see or sample breakfast offerings.

Location is on a busy street but across from a big park along Lake Geneva. It is fairly close to trains and busses, and near some good restaurants.
