Nice room, nice hotel in general and sits right on a bus route.
No evening food available but that didn't matter as there's a brilliant Lebanese restaurant just a short walk away. Under cover parking a bonus

The room was very basic and the bed wasn't very comfortable. The shower kept going from hot to cold.

The hotel is located away from the city center, but personally we found this to be an advantage. The staff is great, the breakfasts are good, the rooms are clean.

The hotel is well situated for meetings with international organisations and for access to the restful views of Lake Geneva. Communication before arrival was perfunctory, but on arrival the staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. The foyer and lounge are comfortable and rooms have been tastefully refurbished. Eco features such as linen and toiletries management are much appreciated
Breakfast is very overpriced at 20 CHF. The single serve packaging at breakfast could be replaced with more sustainable options.

Easy to get to from the airport. (Hotel sent us travel passes to get around on public transportation which is so easy) great location and well maintained.
There is no bar or restaurant service open on the weekend. Very disappointed as we where only there for the weekend

Beautyful place, nice to see how they turned two old blocks to a hotel. Our stay was good as we expected. Payed parking makes your life easier. Best thing is that you only have ro cross the road and have a big walk with dogs in the park, where were a lot people having fun too.
Trees hiding the lake, so the view was not as we expected. The traffic down the road is pretty high 2 Times a day, so the air is not the best. First night the air conditioner had some problem, we got compensation for it, but I have to ask for it, was not natural by the hotel. Minor issue. Not much restaurant nearby, but good food from the hotel.

Asked for an iron which was quickly delivered to the room but unfortunately it was broken
