Convenient location and friendly staff, especially the barman Fabio. A request for a shower non-slip mat was fulfilled very quickly. Easy access to public transport.

Nice room.
When we arrived, we were made aware of an impending G7 protest that would send 50,000 protesters past our hotel. The buses and trains operated on a restricted schedule as a result. We ended up staying only one night of a non-refundable 2 night stay and went to another hotel.

Very clean and comfortable. Lovely location across ftom the park. Parking available for a fee and nice big bays, very clean. Received free local transport cards which was really good and used daily. Breakfast good choices.
Restaurant and bar closed Friday and Saturday so we ate and drunk out elsewhere Found out due to the main guests being from UN so they are not around on Friday and Saturday...Local restaurants were good.

The location near the park was lovely, and it was very easy to get to from the train station. The room was quiet and cool. A few nice cafes nearby. Good value (for Geneva!)

Hotel is well located close to the botanic garden and a short walk from the lake. The hotel is clean and well maintained throughout. Rooms are of a good size but the air conditioning was not very effective, which was an issue during a heatwave. Breakfast was limited in choice but the selection provided was of very good quality and locally sourced. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I will definetly stay again.
Air conditioning was not very effective. The hotel lift is quite antiquated and has very limited capacity.

Wonderful
My third time here; I will come back. Hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable and the friendly staff and a very nice breakfast. Well located for my meetings.
Sounds like a detail but automatic lights in the bathroom are not needed or appreciated.

Friendly family run hotel with parking in a good location on the lake.
Traffic to get there was terrible. No water provided in the rooms and only available at great expense from the bar.
