Disappointing
Nothing much very busy street marking of the park was the city park across the street and on the lake it had nothing to do with the property.
Where do we begin? They’re in the middle of remodel which is not advertised. The upstairs bar restaurant was dated by about 30 years. The new rooms are very nice but you walk into a very disappointing entry with no amenities no bar no restaurant old and sad.

Wonderful location - hotel was under renovation while we were there but they still made provision to keep guests comfortable and happy.

Beautiful facility and updated bathrooms in the suite. Staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. Great location.
No working air-conditioner in either of our two rooms, although website states there is. Mid june temps outside are 87f. Uncomfortable to rest and sleep in temperature-wise. Suite was smaller than expected. No top sheets on bed. Much noise from street. Very poor breakfast options every day.

This was my second time staying at this wonderful hotel in Geneva, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived until my departure five days later, I was welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care from the entire team.
A heartfelt thank you to Manu, the ever-smiling doorman, who greeted me each day with such kindness. Sher and Sebastian at the concierge desk were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist with all my requests and recommendations around the city. Their local knowledge and willingness to help truly made a difference in my stay.
At the reception, Malvina, Albina, and Basile were simply fantastic. They were always courteous, efficient, and made me feel genuinely valued as a returning guest. It’s clear they love what they do, and it shows in every interaction.
Staying here feels like returning to visit friends. The level of service, attention to detail, and warm hospitality are consistent and exceptional. I look forward to coming back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Geneva.

The location
The suit I have booked was a bit disappointing, it's not worth the money, old furniture and design, the room was very hot I couldn't sleep literally, I wish they work more on the interior of the hotel

Liked the view
The hotel was a very expensive considering the renovations have resulted in NO facilities and extremely disappointing.
The was NO bar which is somewhere we like to go and relax, the room allocated as a replacement was gloomy, uninviting and uncomfortable, QR code just gives you a food menu, altogether very disappointing, the fruit bowl looked like it had been there for weeks dried up and inedible. The sweet jar was nearly empty (not that I eat sweets but should have been full), cakes totally uninteresting, tortillas stale and bowls nearly empty, no one came to see how we were after an initial visit to fill up the kettle. if you are going to close parts of the hotel for renovation then reduce the price or give your guests other decent facilities!!!!!
Breakfast: very little choice of hot food unless you paid EXTRA!!! to me breakfast included means all inclusive. The scrambled eggs were nearly cold, even just after the pot had been filled up. The chicken sausages a joke at least you could have done bacon. As there were so few guests it would have been less wasteful to take orders and cook fresh. There were no fruit pots when we got there didn't know they should have been there as no empty spaces. My tea was very weak and rather cool after the first cup. It is a good practice to heat a ceramic pot before making the tea, it heats the pot so when the boiling water is added to the tea it brews better.
