Very Poor
I am a regular client in this hotel which is perfectly located and used to offer a comfortable and friendly experience.
Unfortunately over the past few months and for many more to come, the hotel is undergoing heavy construcion works while staying open. My last experience was a room heated at 50 degrees celsius with employees incapable of fixing the problem. I had to sleep with the window opened on the street. No sleep. Bar is closes. It took me 10 mn to find somebody for the check out at 6am. At €900 the night it is not acceptable. I would strongly recommand to prioritize other hotels in Geneve and wait for the Works to be completed to test again the Metropole.

Excellent helpful staff. Rooms beautifully decorated and the bathrooms were clean and tidy. Bidet was a nice feature often lacking in Europe.
