Wonderful
The early check-in and prompt. First time ever. Daily room cleaning. Courteous staff. Good location. Prompt service. Basic comforts, and the option for air conditioner in the heat. Plus assistance provided for travel at the desk. Good eating joints nearby. The prompt assistance for cab service for airport drop off.
The bare breakfast, Could have been more expansive. Lack of control on type of people hanging outside the hotel, drinking, which if with family, can be an issue. The lack air conditioner at the reception area, which made no sense.

The location was excellent, easy to get to my meetings. The staff -- especially Nicholas & Merriam -- were exceptionally helpful. My only regret in filling out this questionnaire is that too many other people will want to stay at this hotel and then I won't be able to get a room for myself.

Location in a mostly residential neighborhood but at walking distance to the UN if you are in town on business there. The room has blackout blinds that make it quite dark for sleeping in when your time zones are messed up.
The quality of the beddings is under standards for the price we paid. I don’t require silk sheets, but the pillow was practically inexpensive and gave me neck ache. The sheets were cheap & rough. The a/c is both a plus (since not many places have it in Geneva), but ours wasn’t working properly: it leaked water into our suitcase that was underneath it and it only cooled the room down to a warm 25-26C. The continental breakfast was very very basic. I’ve stayed in hotels of this level, but I expect to pay way less for something like this than what we did. So while it’s cheap for Geneva standards, it’s way overpriced for what it offers. There are better cheaper hotels in Geneva!! Also, if you are a tourist, this hotel is too out of the way of the tourist part of town with only 1 bus option connecting you to that area.

It was a very nice and convenient place to stay! The staff are helpful and friendly and I found my room to be very comfortable. The location was great and walkable to many of the tourist areas of Geneva as well as being well connected with the bus and tram system throughout the city (including the airport!)

Had to play with lock on door to the unit to open or secure. Bathroom door couldn’t be locked. Toilet seat wouldn’t stay up.

This hotel is ideally located for a comfortable business trip being 9 mins away from the GCC and UNOG. It has nice and large (a bit older style) rooms which ensure an enjoyable stay. The hotel is not located on a very busy street but still within the public transport network. With only 5-10 mins bus ride away from the central train station and a super nice and attentive staff, this has been one of the nicer stays for me in Geneva. Throughout the stay the staff were very attentive and always ready to help, may that be at the reception counter or serving the breakfast. I would highly recommend if you have a business meeting or a conference in the area to select this hotel over ibis or other overly crowded and small room-hotels.
The breakfast could do with some warm dishes to add variety.
