Proximity to train station. Great for being close to walk to Old Town and the lake. Also.
Early arrival from APAC at 6am and not able to get in room till 3pm, makes for a long day.

Great location, right opposite the train station and 5 minute walk from the bus station.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Room was comfortable and very quiet, despiteit facing the train station.
Free hot drinks & water available in reception.
Breakfast was continental style - cereals, Yogurts, pastries,eggs, fruit.
Within 5 minutes of lake.

Great location, friendly staff. Room was clean, and the facilities were good for a couple of nights stay. We were able to check in early which we greatly appreciated. Didn't have breakfast but it looked good. Reasonable price compared with others in the area. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would recommend.
No mirror in the room (one in bathroom) only 1 plug socket at side of bed.

Room was clean and spatious compared to similar accommodations in Geneva; the complimentary 24/7 offer of water/lemonade/coffee/tea was very nice
Bathroom of the unit was across the corridor, which was not clearly announced at the time of booking. Bathrobe provided by the hotel, but no sliders (would have brought them if I had known...)

The room was clean, warm and of good size. I particularly appreciated that with curtains closed there was no light coming from outside. The room was also very quiet, despite facing the side of train station.
The mattress was too soft and it would curve as soon as you sat or lied down on it, which was quite uncomfortable for our backs. It is a shame because everything else was really good.

The hotel had a distinct hostel feel to it which isn’t my wife and my vibe. I felt the pictures of the room were a bit misleading and advertised more comfort and updated furniture than what we experienced.
