Property was close to the train station. It was cheaper than other hotels in the area.
The hotel had a distinct hostel feel to it which isn’t my wife and my vibe. I felt the pictures of the room were a bit misleading and advertised more comfort and updated furniture than what we experienced.

The hotel is very well located, making it easy to get around. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made the experience even more pleasant. Overall, it was a truly excellent hotel and I would highly recommend it.

the staff is very friendly and made everything easier. they also offer the geneva free transportation card. very good value for money in a no-nonsense hotel
there might be something strange with water pipes since shower temperature fluctuated a bit th but that's a very minor thing. overall reccomend.

Hotel was clean and staff was super friendly! loved the layout and the room was super spacious. It was affordable and in a great location to access downtown Geneva.
Breakfast was not super fresh; would like to see more options and some more home made options; breakfast was pretty picked over by the time we got there at 8:30. Also hotel is somewhat difficult to find; better instructions to find the hotel should be emailed to guests prior to arrival.

We had a wonderful stay for the most part. The location was fantastic, and we truly appreciated the complimentary transportation cards which made getting around the city very easy.
However, we were disappointed with the handling of our late check-out request. Our flight was delayed, so we asked to stay in the room a bit longer, but our request was denied. Since it was the low season, we had hoped for more flexibility, especially as we noticed our room remained unoccupied for the rest of the afternoon. Granting our request would have significantly improved our overall experience.

The location was excellent for me to get around walking, great for me getting there by bus and the train station also to get me to the airport was right there and free to guests
I thought I might not like the external bathroom but it wasn’t a problem. I had a nice big room and nice big bathroom

An unbeatable location, situated directly across from the railway station, especially for planning to fly out of Geneve airport. The room had a good amount of space and the beds were very comfortable.

The hotel's best feature is its location, which is directly across from the train station. The hotel is located near good restaurants and is very walkable to the park, university, and other tourist attractions. When I checked in, there was a minor issue with some of the light bulbs in the room not working, but the staff immediately changed me to a new room. The hotel also provided a free city transportation pass, which is awesome!
I think it's a bit confusing about the location and how to get into the hotel; I wish they had provided a bit more information upon arrival. I booked a room with a separate bathroom across the hall, which is a minor inconvenience, but I think it's fine.

Very convenient location for a stop over, across the road from rail station. Very clean and bed very comfortable. Not too expensive. Very friendly staff. Didn’t have breakfast so can not comment.

Comfortable beds and great pillows.
There was no air circulation in the room unless the window was open. Construction starts very early in the morning, and it gets noisy and difficult to sleep. At night, there is noise from the pub below.

Clean and the location is great. It located near the train station, restaurants, shopping mall, and tourist attractions in Geneva.
In the room, it has only refrigerator and has no water boiler or coffee or tea as complimentary.

Location, staff, breakfast is fine.
Complete blackout is great for sleep.
Noise, fixable with earplugs.
Absolutely non working ventilation. Bathroom is not "breathing" at all! To make sleep possible, you have to use fan overnight.
Even if you'll open window, fresh air won't come in.
