The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we truly enjoyed our short stay. They offered us several suggestions on what to see, which allowed us to explore even more of Switzerland.
It was slightly noisy, and the room was rather small, which I understand is due to it being an economy category. However, it would be preferable if the economy rooms were a bit more spacious.

The hotel has great location for discover the city; only 2 min walk from the train station (+ other bus, tram stations) and 5 min walk from the lake.
The staff is very helpful.
My single room was very small, practical furnished, however the lack of wardrobe could be uncomfortable for a longer stay. The single bed was comfortable. Kettle and complementary tea, coffee and minibar were all available. The room was clean. The buffet breakfast had good selections.
The room size can be small for a leisure stay.

Close to the train station but we never heard any noise!l Check in was so east; Maggie at the reception was wonderful! She let us check in a bit earlier, which was great since we hade our bags! Our room on the sixth floor was def awesome & our stay there was wonderful!! ?

The hotel is very well located. The room is well-sized for business travellers.
The hotel staff are good. I made a mistake and booked myself for one day less than planned. However, the reception managed my booking.
There were some strange issues with the hotel. It's a reasinably big hotel, but has only one iron for the whole hotel. This is in one laundry room on the 3rd floor where one can go to press. Unfortuantely, someone had taken away the press the day I arrived, and there was no press available in the hotel. The hotel managed to locate it and place it in the room on the second day, but pressing clothes in a room with no ventilation or fan on a warm evening was not a pleasant experience.

Our check-in experience was outstanding. We were greeted by a very friendly woman, and she was extremely helpful and getting us into our room. Our rooms were very clean and the location is outstanding.
There are many restaurants in the neighborhood. There was some late night noise that was hard to sleep through even with the heavy windows closed.
