The location was great, staff very friendly, and the room was large and comfortable. I did not have the breakfast but was provided with coffee and tea.
The fitness area is lacking, not a lot of equipment and not well kept.

Location is perfect. Literally in front of train station and 5 min walking to Lake Geneva. Many restaurant options around hotel. It is simple but comfortable and clean. Perfect for a short stay and having Geneva as base for your trip.
Check-in process is like you are living in early 2000s. Can improve a lot on this.

Location is everything to me. The hotel is just a couple of blocks away from the train station, and therefore, minutes away from the airport, and connected everywhere in the city by bus. There are many restaurants in the area and two supermarkets in the station.
The minibar was not working.

Certainly not the cosiest Rooms. Location was good though.
Breakfast was Okay, too. However, what really annoyed us that we were sent away from our breakfast table the minute that official breakfast time was over.

Almost everything. Location: close to Gare Cornavin, incl. tram and bus stops, walking distance to Lake, to the old city across the Rhône, to lots restaurants in the Paquis. Clean. Room well equipped. Great breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.
Room a bit on the small side. It would be nice if windows could tilt open.

Location is perfect, right in the middle of the center, very close to the gare cornavin and bus/railway stations. The lady at the reception desk was helpful.
Other options are very basic, expensive for that service. Also, there was a construction site and windows were not soundproof. Kettle didn’t work, I called the staff but I had to wait for a long time and I had to tell the lobby a few times.
