The receptionist was very helpful. The location was close to the train station (2 stops by tram). Definitely not 0.7km:)
The room was next to an equipment room or some wires. The window were hard to open and the view was terrible. The toiletseat was moving side ways. I asked for a higher floor in the booking but we were placed on the first floor.i Think there should be a partial refund.

It was in a good location for our bike trip and had a secure room for our bikes. There was a good breakfast and once we moved rooms it was clean, comfortable and everything worked. Staff very nice and helpful.
I was very surprised at the room we first were given as it was in miserable condition and the toilet and outlets did not all work, there was an unpleasant smell throughout. It didn’t look like any of the rooms in the photos when we booked online.

the bed was comfortable and the view was cute. Staff was very nice and there was a loading zone in front which made it really easy to check-in.
Could have done without the peloton taking up space though - perhaps can be listed more as an option to have? No conditioner in the bathroom! The wine dispenser in the library room only allowed for coins which was really unfortunate.

Rooms had no air conditioning. A fan was provided but in hot weather, this could be an issue.

It was a huge room with a kitchenette, bath, closet, and bedroom which could be separated from the other areas. Very clean and bed was comfortable. The staff were wonderful. I love that I got a free Geneva pass to use.
I found it really loud all night maybe due to the location. Windows needed to be open and a fan on all night due to extreme heat. A lot of people yelling and cars racing on the streets. I also felt that area was less desirable in Geneva. I was safe but I didn’t feel 100% comfortable either.

It was a 3 minute walk to Lake Geneva where we swam and it was wonderful.
NO AIR CONDITIONING! They have us an extra fan but nothing helped. It never cooled down overnight. I took 5 cold showers because I kept waking up so hot. Also- the photos were taken 20 years ago. This place is not bright and cheery like the photos. It’s dark, drab and dated.

Comfortable bed
1) Poor breakfast for the value
2) Shower (handle) impossible to have a shower even after have chnaged rooms
3) Bad maintained rooms and NO AIR CONDITIINING available. Too hot!
4) After asked for repairing the shower had no assistance
