Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Location was in nice neighborhood but far away from old town area. Mattress was comfortable.
No Air Con in room. Standing fan only partially worked. Room safe didn't work (but lockers were available at front desk.) Pillows were not comfortable. Only duvet was available in room (too warm for seaaon). Rooms really need climate control.

Location is very quiet but convenient as its close to public transport and restaurants but a bit away from the main street. The staff super friendly. Breakfast is decent and there is a nice terrace. Rooms have a small kitchen which can come in handy
Double beds are 2 simple beds put together so if you sleep in the middle it moves a bit. There was no socket near the bed.

Staff always very friendly and helpful, the location is fantastic with a parking across the street, the lake on a 5 minutes walk and the trams and buses on a very short walking distance.

The room was clean and spacious. The receptionist was polite and very helpful, he give us many tips about place to visit and restourant. The position is amazing, very close to the metro and to the river.

The property has friendly staff, large rooms and the bed is extremely comfortable. The kitchenette is a nice addition.
The rooms are very dated. There are barely any sockets in the room requiring a lamp to be unplugged to plug in many items. There are no sockets by the bed or usb ports.
The room gets very hot, and while they provide a Dyson Fan, they do not include the remote. It is locked on the highest speed making it very loud with no option for quiet operation.
