The room was a decent size and the kitchenette was a bonus as we could make hot drinks and snacks. It was nice to have an outdoor gated to relax which is rare in the city centre. It was only a short walk to the lake
The Bar was cosy but you could only buy a bottle of wine and not by the glass. The location was opposite a carpark and a lot of traffic seemed to use the street as a cut through

We had a view of the lake. The room and hotel were very clean. Breakfast was excellent. The shower was hot and had 10/10 pressure. Had a kitchenette that would be sufficient for a longer stay

Location was very convenient for walking and shopping. Majority of Geneva downtown hotels need refurbishing, including Drake Longchamp.
Air con was’t working during our stay. I understood that this was a common issue during very hot period of the summer. Staff was very accommodating and provided alternative options to make our stay comfortable.

We enjoyed the breakfast, I definitely feel it could be better utilised by guests as we weee one of only two sets of people down for breakfast and there was a good selection of food. The location is close to the water and better than we first thought.
I definitely feel the hotel could do with an update and that air conditioning is vital in the temperatures we can experience now in the summer I feel a fan isn’t adequate

Good location. The hotel was pretty close the the public transports and the lake.
Staff was polite and accomodating. They allowed us to keep our bags past check-out so we could roam around before our flight. They also have a late check-out so less rushing.
We got a transport pass to use during our stay which was quite useful to us.
The room came with a kitchenette which ended up being handy.
Room was clean and the bed quite comfortable.
Breakfast was ok, not great. It had a bit of everything but it didn't seem as complete as in other places we've stayed. The coffee machine had dairy free option for the milk, which was a plus though.
The room was clean and organised but quite basic. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling a lot.

Needed more fans, and both windows should open since there is no air conditioning. Only one of the two windows opened, and there was only one fan.
