Wonderful
This is a delightful unpretentious old-fashioned hotel. The staff are welcoming and eager to help. It's close to the train station, and walking distance to all the major sights in Geneva.
Better reading lights above the beds would be nice, and more than one pillow per bed.

Close to train. 5 min walk. Once I found the hotel, it was acceptable. It had kind of a homey feel. The owner was very nice.
I arrived at night. It was very dark in Geneva. They don’t use a lot of lights. My GPS could not find the hotel. I asked a lot of people and I dragged my suitcase around for an hour before I finally found it. I did not come into the train station, I came in via the bus so I was not able for some reasonto get the appropriate coordinates. I walked around for about an hour. I asked a lot of people where the hotel was and no one knew where they had a very general idea I wasn’t frightened, but I was tired. I’m 74.

The best location really close to the railway station that connect you to the airport.
Really simple breakfast just to start the day, orange juice, coffe and croissant.
Small room but clean and comfortable, enough room to practice my karate (katas)

Location is perfect, 9 min walk from Train station. Convenient bus/tram to United Nations and Geneva old town.

The location was central and easily walkable to most attractions in Geneva, as well as the train station. Also was nice to have a bus line right in front of the property. Staff was helpful in check in and in letting me store luggage for the day before leaving
The bathroom was way too small and hard to move around, and the shower was tight. I am not the largest man and it was still hard to comfortably take a shower.

Excellent location. Walking distance to train station easy walking to Old Town. Lots of places to eat close by Room was very clean and bed was comfortable Staff were very helpful

Hotel was in a very good location - walking distance from bus & train station, several restaurants & tourists sites like the very well done ethnicological museum. Clean & staff was super friendly & helpful. And there was a soda machine with Diet Coke!?
Bathroom/shower was small but...a good value for the price.

Location is excellent, very central, close to shops, train and bus station as well as most attractions. The price was very good for the city. The staff were very helpful.
Shower very small. Lot of sound when you open the balcony door, which you have to in summer as there is no air conditioning, a single fan ( does not oscillate) was present.
There are no reception staff present overnight .
