The bathroom, while clean, was a bit awkward from a privacy perspective. Someone on the toilet could be seen/heard from another person in the sink area.

Sleek design of the room, very practical. Kettle in the room.
Very friendly staff at the reception and everywhere!
The matress / bed could be a bit firmer for our liking, same goes for the pillow. I guess it comes down to personal preference.

Close to the train station
Hotel design was odd. There were mirrors all over the hallway and we almost walked into them multiple times.
Hotel keys are big clunky metal keys with large keychain attachments.
Bed was very thin and rickety/unstable.
TV was about 30 cm wide, smaller than a laptop screen, and seemed 20 years old.
Room layout didn't allow for much privacy between the bathroom and bed area.
Staff was rude and unhelpful at check-in.
We didn't get our Geneva Transport card before we arrived, only at hotel check-in.
Luggage holding room didn't seem secure. They had us go in/out of the room without checking ID. Someone could've easily stolen ours.

Good location near train station, restaurants, main shopping area, public transport. Clean room, sheets, towels, modern fixtures etc.
The air conditioning could not compete with the 90F+ degree heat wave. Our room was never cooler than 79F, and humid too. Not fun to sleep in. But if you’re not staying during a heat wave, it’s a very solid choice.

The hotel is located next to the train station in a crowded area with not enough parking spaces around, due to many businesses and commercial buildings. However, there were a few public underground parkings, a 5-10 minutes away. The staff was very helpful.
The sink area had not enough lighting.

reception staffs very inconsistence from one to the other , some reception staffs without greeting when you walk in the door or even look up till you approach the counter, no smile or even expression after the guest said thank you.

Clean, centrally located, pleasant and efficient staff
1. Although the ambient temperature was over 27 C, the air conditioning was not working. We were offered the lame excuse that “summer had not yet arrived”.
2. The mirrored walls on the upstairs corridors were very disorienting.
3. The light switches were located in bizarre positions and were not very responsive.
