Staff gave me a room that was already occupied, none of the doors have locks on the inside. Women should not stay here.

Disappointing
Good location. Friendly staff. That's it.
Very noisy. I could hear everything from next room and the cleaning staff on the hall and from the kitchen.

Reception were friendly enough but felt like they didn't know what was happening.
It was just very old and run down. Everything was a bit broken and worn out. Also a lot of ants. Dirty couches and chairs.

Beautiful little room for a decent price in an absolutely central location.
The twin bed was really small; think camp-bed sized. Worth it for a room you're not planning to spend a lot of time in, but bad for anyone of above-average size.

Guest Elevator did not work - entry cards to room were unusable several times- we asked for more glasses for water that never came - the light in WC was not working and upon calling reception they promised replacement that came long after we left room - breakfast coffee was not good quality and expresso offered only against payment - lady in charge of breakfast was not amicable. Only one male receptionist with large dark glasses was very nice and tried to help with room cards, glasses etc

Its my second time staying in the hotel which for its price and location work perfectly for me.
The room was too hot at night so had to open the windows and quite nosy outside since 5:30am.

Disappointing
Location was great. An easy walk to the lake, the river, old town, restaurants. The room was quiet.
The staff was unprofessional, the rooms seem poorly laid out. The bathroom is very hard to maneuver, it's so small. It could be very charming, but it is in great need of an update all around. Unlike other hotels I've visited in the area, it seems dead. I didn't see anyone in the lobby area or in the restaurant. You are paying for location, not accommodations. There were metal covers on the windows that could be rolled up or down. I have no idea why.

Wonderful
We arrived early and our room was already available for us, that made our day after a long flight from the U.S. The location is very convenient and the area is very nice.
The room decor was a bit outdated.

Wonderful
Clean and efficient stay right in the heart of Geneva. The rooms are outdated, but the price, cleanliness, and spacious size of the rooms make up for it. It has an old-world charm.

Friendly staff. Great location.
Central climate control did not work at all one night, other nights it did but just slightly. The room temperature in the night remained between 25 - 28 degrees. The climate thing made a lot of noise.
