So convenient to the train station and downtown. Quiet room and very clean. Hotel has been updated. Access to plugs in room easy. Coffee in room at no charge.
Rooms are small but that is expected.

Nicely sized room, nice location, good air conditioning in the room, pretty good view out the window.
Only 1 elevator in the hotel which can be kind of slow.

Location (near lake).
They say a nearby public parking lot is available for guests, which is true. But it's impractical / inconvenient for that purpose, because you can't get back into the lot and your car, without paying for the space and leaving. So you have to take ALL of your baggage in one trip. You can't go back for more later.

Location was great. Right across the street from the train station. And had A/C which made it super comfortable in the heat. Plus wash cloths!! Only European hotel I’ve been in that actually had wash cloths.
Not really a proper place to hang clothes. There was a tiny area that felt like an afterthought.

Our Superior King room had ample space, especially for a European hotel, at a reasonable price.
Hotel overall didn't have much of an atmosphere. Small lobby/main floor area.

This hotel was perfect for our one night stay in Geneva as it’s right in front of the train station. The hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly and polite. It’s not far from the old town and public transportation is right in front of the hotel so moving around was pretty easy. The room was a bit tight for us as a couple with a toddler and it would have been nice to have a small balcony but other than that we had a great stay there.
