I was staying in the hotel Adriatica from 29.8 to 1.9.23. The room was booked and paid in advance. When checking into a hotel, they reserve a certain amount on a credit card. There were no problems when checking out the hotel. I didn't take anything from the minibar. After I had come back home, I discovered that the hotel charged another 152 euros from my credit card. The receipt does not indicate what the money was taken for. I called the hotel but they say I took something from the minibar. That cannot be proven or disproved!!? 152 euros for minibar? But that's not true anyway. THIS IS A FRAUD. I know absolutely for sure that I didnt take anything. But I still haven't received my money back. I travel a lot and I have never had such problems. I think I'm not the first person to be treated like this at a hotel. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY - don't go to this hotel. THERE ARE SCAMMERS WORKING THERE, BEWARE!!

Location is good, less expensive than those hotels a 10 minute walk away towards the centre. Excellent staff, sufficient breakfast selection. Room was huge with a balcony
Hotel's a bit tired. Shower could be modernised but is sufficient as it stands. Shower is hand held so a bit old school

Incredible hotel, better than the 5 star! The infrastructure is old, but the room is very big, I never see a minibar like that, even with olives, any type of small liquor, nuts, etc. The hairdryer like Dyson, very good quality of soap, conditioner, etc.
