the location was very good. We walked almost everywhere. tram and bus stops are very close if needed. the room was comfortable and big enough. the kitchen had everything. coffee that is supplied by the hotel was very good. staff was very helpful and smiling. we enjoyed our stay and if we visit Geneva again sure we can choose this hotel again.
the bed was too hard for me.

Friendly and welcoming receptionists, comfortable bed, room and bathroom impeccably clean and hygienic, water cooker in room, not too keen on the decor, yet that's a matter of taste. However, it is fresh and bright.

The room was very clean and comfortable, we felt completely safe and the bathroom was modern. The beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly
The hotel is a little bit out the way, however it's only a 6 minute walk to the bus stop to get around the city.

Amazing hotel, fantastic facilities, extremely clean. Continental breakfast was great with plenty of options. It would be good to have some hot food in the future. They also need to offer Almond milk for those that can't consume Soy or Dairy. Otherwise, would highly recommend on the quieter side of Geneva.
Location was close to primary shops, HOWEVER, it would have been perfect on the Mont Blanc side of Geneva, this is more olr-town, pretty quiet and laid-back.

Th location was great! Was about 20-15min. max from the old town ( with some short cuts even 10). Rooms was clean and beds comfortable having everything that youll need for a short stay. Totally recommend!

Comfortable and convenient stay. We stayed in a studio room - it was great to have the kitchen area. The hotel provided crib and baby bath for our small child free of charge, which was much appreciated. It was very quiet as well, near bus stop and grocery store.
The location is convenient if visiting the university, or wanting to be close to parc bastion, for instance. It is a bit further from the rest of downtown/lake (but still an easy walk!)

Great location, not far from the old town, a more artistic neighbourhood with museums and galleries, parks, charming little restaurants, markets and shops. Cozy hotel, spacious room, good bed, attentive and helpful staff.
