Absolutely loved this hotel, the effort gone into all the wood features are amazing, we also had food in the restaurant which was lovely and the singer was a lovely touch, the location and view was perfect, would definitely go back

Mountain-themed decor gave a nice cabin vibe without being over the top kitschy. Large room, king size bed, very comfy mattress. Helpful reception staff. Quiet at night. Good location, walking distance to the lake and train station, with cafes and restaurants nearby.
The placement of the shower head and glass screens in the bathtub were not optimal. The shower needed to be angled to spray the back corner of the tub to avoid flooding the bathroom floor. Awkward.

Great connecting rooms for a family and facilities were better than expected for a three star hotel!
Noisy location next to popular bars and it would be good to be able to access more tv channels but not important.

Nice little hotel - had a view from the window of the fountain. Close to train station and lake. People were friendly. Good places to eat around the area. Great experience in the hotel restaurant

Great location, quiet, lovely room, huge shower and bathroom, superb breakfast
The quirky alpine chalet style with chunky timbers and furniture left some communal spaces quite dark.
