Comfy bed, friendly staff at front desk happy to help with anything and ideal location in city by train station with a tram stop a short walk away.
Room was quite small compared to photos shown on site. Pillows are also quite obnoxiously oversized.

Good size room. Nice bathroom. Location okay for restaurants and transport. Good to have free Geneva Travel Card included. Received an unknown charge on credit card after departure, which we queried, with no response. Not satisfactory at all.

It's absolutely amazing location, everything is so close by,many restaurants,5 min to the lake and other attractions. Hotel is clean and facilities,staff are amazing. If I am to visit Geneva again,I will definitely stay at the same hotel

location and the decoration is excellent. Everything worked, very quiet hotel
We stayed for three nights, but we ran out of shampoo, and they did not provide us with more liquid until we request it.
