The hotel was very nice and had great look and vibe. The staff was very friendly and nice and the breakfast was good and the room was so so comfortable and the bed was great.. I can't forget the amazing gym tbey had. I did take advantage of it.

The bed and the pillows are not comfortable and from the room 205 if you look down from the window you see the terrace and a lot of garbage from the other building at least call the municipality to clean it it’s not a good view

Very clean and modern room, with friendly and accommodating staff. Fresh and plentiful continental breakfast available. Quiet neighbourhood and comfortable bed for sleeping. 10 min walk to main Geneva train station (to airport as well). Would happily recommend this hotel to friends!

Very clean. Staff was accomodating. The room had a sloping roof on 1 side but happily I did not hit my head. The bathroom and shower are quite small but the shower water was hot. The lighting at the bedside was confusing,

The room is nice and clean. The staffs are kind. During the night it was quiet enough, although I stayed on Saturday night.
I I expected this hotel to be in front of the station, according to the map. In fact it is ~10min walk from the station.

This hotel is amazing. In a quiet street , close to the train station and within walking distance to everything Geneva has to offer. The staff were very helpful and polite. The bed was so comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The reception and bar area were of a high standard and created a lovely space to be in. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Geneva.

Very nice staff and I was so grateful for being able to go to the room earlier as I arrived from an overnight flight and was very jet lagged. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
