Disappointing
Located close to all downtown restaurants and activities, many within walking distance.
The manager and the staff were very rude and condescending, like they were doing us a favor to allow us to stay there. The air conditioning in the 2 rooms where we stayed was horribly inadequate. When we asked about it, the staff basically said it was a problem - live with it. We will never even consider staying at this hotel.

Location, value for money, courteous staff, and clean facilities.

Wonderful
Convenient location to explore Geneva. Is just a 10 minute walk from the train station or you can take tram 15, it is very easy to access the center and the lake. Breakfast was good and the facilities were very clean.

The location was great for traveling by train and attending a conference in the conference center. value of money and equipment was great!

Nice location. Within walking distance (12mins) from Centrum. Ok-room. Things are mostly functional. Good thing is the tap water is drinking water. Very good gym for this price. They have a smith machine! And a seated chest press and a lat pull that I would expect at a professional gym. Overall, good for the price.
A bit more compact than I thought. A bit humid when entering, so I had to use AC that had a bit of age to dehumidify. The sliding door of the shower didn't fully close.
