This is my second time staying here, and it remains the perfect choice in Geneva. The hotel is very clean and professional, with a delicious breakfast and high-class staff.
The location is ideal—very close to the airport and the "Watches and Wonders" exhibition. Their private shuttle service to the airport and the palexapo is extremely convenient.
Special thanks to the Lounge team on the 8th floor for the quiet and comfortable atmosphere. I especially want to thank Samanta for her exceptional service and thoughtfulness; she provided a footstool for me to rest without even being asked.
Also, many thanks to Manager Rai, and the reception team, Meriem and Riad, for their warm hospitality.
I will definitely be back for Watches and Wonders 2027!

Very convenient location, walking distance to the airport, still quite quiet and absolutely safe, a large shopping mall nearby, 20min by car to the center. The room was comfortable, the staff is very accommodating.
The gym could be a bit more equipped. Other than that everything was great.

Rooms a decent size for Europe, beds very comfortable, bathroom sizeable and modern. The shuttle to/from airport running every 20 minutes was super helpful and the drivers were very personable and helpful. Front desk staff also very friendly. They gave me my room really early (10 am) which was massively appreciated. And the breakfast offering was vast, much larger than expected and quality was high. I didn't expect the pain au chocolat to be as flaky and buttery as it was and lots of variety on hand food and beverage-wise.
I would've loved more than 1 water bottle in the room to drink free of charge and more vegetables available at breakfast but really that's nitpicking.

I would like to write special thanks for the excellent work and hospitality of your Reception Manager - Mr Riad.
We had a reservation from booking.com in 4 rooms from 9-10 January.
Berezkin and Tyushkevich Families with children.
We had a lot of requests including transportation, pets, connected rooms. All was set up and very well organized. We did the precheck-in in advance, room was ready and connected, fruits and pet amenities was in the rooms.
Driver details was provided in advance and very quick organization.
So I’m working for many years in travel organization but even me was impressed.
