The location is very convenient, close to the station, with lots of restaurants nearby. The room was good, clean, and well-equipped with a table, chairs, and lockers.
The fan was very weak, and it was difficult to sleep without proper ventilation.

The room was clean and tidy, with a large desk that is great for working.
The elevator is very well hidden and looks just like an entrance door. It’s really hard to spot unless someone tells you where it is. During my first stay, I couldn’t find any elevator sign at all and assumed there was no lift. I ended up carrying my suitcase all the way upstairs, which was exhausting.
The room window faces the street, so it is extremely noisy. I was woken up early every morning by construction noise and people talking on the street.

Disappointing
Good location in the sense that it is close to Central Station and the lake shore, affordable rates, locker offering.
Very cute and green inner garden where you can relax.
Each bed has a private lamp and outlets, and the room has a separate sink. Toilets are rather clean and with all the hygiene amenities. A separate kitchen is also great.
Bad location in the sense that it is very noisy at night and with absent ventilation in the rooms you are left with the options of either sleeping with an open window with increased noise or sweat like in a sauna with the window closed (the are fans, but they don't help).
Doorways are so tight that you need to squeeze past the doors (I am a regular sized person).
