The view from our room was beautiful.
Customer service My experience when I arrived and left the hotel was bad and almost bizarre. When I arrived there was a brief "good morning" and I was quickly informed I must pay city tax for each night. I then informed the member of staff that my partner was arriving soon to which he responded that the room is only booked for one person and I should pay for two. I thought I had booked it for two so I double checked my emails - whilst I was checking my emails he said "it's definitely 1 person, I can see it here" and then picked the entire PC up and put on the desk and turned it round to me and said "here, 1 person". On the morning of leaving I approached the desk and there was no "how was your stay?" or "I hope you enjoyed your time with us". The first thing I was told was "I can see there is a charge on your account - 36 francs - ah yes, for the laundry". The issue was not about the money - of course you have to pay for things - it was that the service made it feel as though the money was the only thing they cared about, rather than caring about us as visitors and our stay there. Even in regard to the shuttle service from the hotel to the airport - I inquired about it and I was told immediately "it's only available at certain times, otherwise you have to take a taxi". I told the member of my staff my flight time and he informed me that my flight was too early and I would have to take a taxi. Again, I understand that is the policy which is fine, but the delivery of all of these things made it feel as though they were eager to take as much money as possible whilst providing as little service as possible. Value This did not look and feel like a 4 star hotel. The decor a bit run down (not like the pictures) and the room and bathroom was small and looked very baisc. We did not have normal items such as an iron.

Lovely hotel/resort. We stayed here for a relaxing stay during our trip to Geneva. We had a car so distance wasn't a problem. The Breakfast was really enjoyable & the views were amazing.
Pool area was small.

Breakfast - great! Good selection, clean and tidy. The room was basic but with everything needed. It was clean and comfortable. The use of the spa was extra, which I think could have been included in the price as that was one of the reasons we chose the hotel too. The pool was nice, small but never too crowded. It is a busy hotel, lots of events/ people working etc which created a nice atmosphere but if you need somewhere quiet to work, perhaps not the best choice. The two receptionists who greeted us, and checked us in were super lovely and smiley!
I did not like the restaurant so much. I found the food bland (burger and pesto linguini ). The cocktails looked delicious however as I saw many others drinking them. One rather rude waitress at the restaurant told us there was no availability and that we had to have booked. We arrived at 5 p.m. and were not aware of this. She told us to get room service. We asked to see the bar menu and instead of giving it to us she hovered over us and rolled her eyes at the customers behind as if to say we were taking to long. We asked another waitress who was so nice and seated us straight away. Bizzare! There were also plenty of tables not dressed and also dressed tables available so we were unsure as to why we were turned away by the first lady.
