Nothing
The breakfast is horrible; the scrambled eggs are like car brake pads. It would be better not to offer breakfast if it's going to be that bad.
There was a dog in the room next door and you could hear him. You can hear everyone on the same floor. You can hear everyone above and below you. The acoustics are terrible. This cannot be a 4* hotel; it's more like a 1* Turkish hotel.

The location is great and has free onsght parking. We booked a family room with connecting doors and it was really nice.
The breakfast could be improved slightly. There is no bacon served. The twin beds joined together instead of queen/ double beds as requested

Good location, minutes away from Geneva and the Geneva airport. The room was comfortable and clean.
The heating system is old, luckily was not that cold outside. Definetely it needs an upgrade.

Very nice hotel, with amazing free parking and nice pool, good for staying on the way, when travelling. Have a nice shopping center very close to the hotel.
I wouldn’t say didn’t like, but the location is not good if you want to travel without car. But for me personally it was fine.

A great place — a hidden gem in the heart of the picturesque countryside, yet very conveniently located just 12 minutes by train from Geneva. We felt very welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff. They even upgraded our room to a Suite, which was excellent. As an added bonus, they provided a free transport pass that allowed us to travel around the beautiful Coppet area at no cost. Plus, the complimentary airport shuttle was super convenient — we were happy to take advantage of it!
The shower head was positioned awkwardly, causing most of the water to spill onto the floor. It was nearly impossible to take a proper shower

The resort is great with spa, restaurant and other ammenities such as gym and billiard
For having 4 stars they should offer more than just one soap for body and hair (no conditioner nor body lotion available). Also the isolation between rooms is very bad, you can hear all the noises from the corridor

Disappointing
The best made2order omelette I have ever eaten! Very nice breakfast! Also appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. Terrific views from the room!
Bed pillows were either far (ridiculously) too large, or too small to be comfortable. Acknowledged and confirmed requests upon reservation were not delivered. (No extra towels in room upon arrival. No onsite parking reserved.) But, most disappointing were the surprisingly uncomfortable bed pillows which very unfortunately really prevented us from enjoying a good night's rest.
