Wonderful
The property was clean and comfortable. The location was very handy for the station and not too far to walk to the lake.
It was a little bit noisy in a room at the front when the window was open.

- Great location, very close to train station which we relied on during our holiday and short walk to Christmas markets
- Very friendly and helpful staff
- Bed was incredibly comfortable
- Complimentary drinks/chocolate was a nice touch
- Can hear some noise from outside, mainly trains as it is right by the tracks, but not too bad
- Our room was right by the elevator which we could hear a lot and it was quite loud. Bit of noise from the corridor too.

All of the staff were really friendly and helpful and I really liked the "grab & go" breakfast option which I also thought was good value for money. The location was fantastic - 5 minute walk from the main train station and 5(ish) minutes from the lake and Christmas market.
There are a few stairs to go up to get to the lifts which might be difficult for anyone with disabilities or heavy luggage, but the staff are so friendly I have no doubt they would assist.

We stayed at this hotel in Geneva and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the main train station. The area is lively, and there is a very tasty sandwich shop right under the hotel. We booked the family room, which was spacious, cozy, and comfortable. My only comment is that some of the doors were a bit small and narrow. Overall, it’s a nice hotel and I would recommend it.

Lovely hotel. Very central to everything. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
