The location was perfect, the reception staff were very friendly, and the room was super comfortable
The room was very spacious especially the bathroom which I liked more (the toilet is separated from bathroom ).
I visit Geneva very often, 3 to 4 times a year, I stayed in various hotels, but this one was awesome and I will definitely come back again next time

A very nice hotel with kind and helpful staff. The hotel has a good location, the rooms are spacious and fully equipped.

Clean and in a centralized location, a few steps away from the tramway and surrounded by many restaurants and shops.
The AC and fridge didn’t work in the room and the staff couldn’t do anything about it. The room does not include an iron, you would have to use the public iron room on the 8th floor, which has only one iron.
Our room was facing the street and it was very noisy, especially with the windows open (AC didn’t work).

The air conditioner only offered heating but not cooling during the time of my stay. It was too hot during the night time. Unfortunately, it is too noisy from the railway if I opened the window. It would be good to have the option of ventilation only for the air conditioner during non summer months. In fact, the rail view is enjoyable for train lovers.
The shower was with strong and hot water. Appreciated it.

Tidy and rooms clean. Staff were very courteous from reception through to housekeeping
The only downside was being at the rear where we could hear the trains but they were much quieter than back home!
