the hotel is in an excellent position in relation to everything important in Geneva, very clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious, they have everything you need, the breakfast is very good, the staff is unobtrusive and friendly. All hotels, including this one, provide a free Geneva transport card on time, so you can use excellent public transport services.
I have no major complaints, maybe the noise produced by the trains, but that is solved by closing the window.

Lovely clean and modern hotel in the heart of Geneva within walking distance of the railway station and directly opposite a tram stop. Ideal if you have business at the Palais de Nations. Staff were excellent.
An Iron and ironing board can’t be provided in the room but they have a room on the 8th floor to do that. I was provided a room on the 7th so it wasn’t such a big deal. The ‘bar’ facility seemed like a make do table affair - it would be nice to have a permanent facility to relax in.

Location
There was a continuous low level drone in my room and a little traffic noise. I turned the air conditioning off as I am a light sleeper and sensitive to noise.
