Clean and in a centralized location, a few steps away from the tramway and surrounded by many restaurants and shops.
The AC and fridge didn’t work in the room and the staff couldn’t do anything about it. The room does not include an iron, you would have to use the public iron room on the 8th floor, which has only one iron. Our room was facing the street and it was very noisy, especially with the windows open (AC didn’t work).

The air conditioner only offered heating but not cooling during the time of my stay. It was too hot during the night time. Unfortunately, it is too noisy from the railway if I opened the window. It would be good to have the option of ventilation only for the air conditioner during non summer months. In fact, the rail view is enjoyable for train lovers. The shower was with strong and hot water. Appreciated it.

Tidy and rooms clean. Staff were very courteous from reception through to housekeeping
The only downside was being at the rear where we could hear the trains but they were much quieter than back home!

+ The hotel was ok in general: clean rooms, nice furniture, no complaints about facilities itself. + City transport card for the duration of stay was a nice bonus. + Location near central railway station is good in the sense that you can easily travel to airport. But the neighbourhood could’ve been more pleasant than here. - We arrived earlier and receptionist kindly offered us early check in for ‘just 50 euros extra’. The next person got the same offer with exactly the same words. It’s a normal practice I understand but you feel like a customer not like guest after that.

Liked the joining rooms and how close it was to walk everywhere you wanted to go. Also close to the train station.
