Location
Paid EUR 600 for 2 night - quality and service were bad. Temperatures were >30° and the airconditioning was broken (which the hotel knew because they forced the blower at full speed). I sent them a complaint but got no response. Our stay was very uncomfortable due to the heat. In addition there were a lot of bugs in the room (and also in the bed). The minibar was not complete. If we did not check this, we probably would have been charged for it.

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent facilities and the overall quality of my stay. I would also like to commend the hotel team, especially the reception staff, for their professionalism, friendliness, and outstanding service. In addition, I was pleased to find a bidet spray in the bathroom, and the water pressure was very good. The air conditioning in the room also worked well; however, I would appreciate it if the cooling level could be enhanced further to provide an even more comfortable experience. Thank you for your hospitality, and I look forward to staying with you again.

Location is exceptional, it is 500 Meters from Geneva Train station and almost 900 M from Geneve Main bus Station "Bla bla, Flix bus and so on...", Room was so clean and size was good, all facilities were great and functionally good, Bathroom and shower were clean and tidy, Lighting of the room was ok, overall all went well
During check-in The reception employee Daniel was asking for 50 Euros to be paid as guarantee for the Minibar Which i found this a little bit offensive as I told him if I take anything I will pay for it (Minibar is not by force !!) and as well during booking.com reservation confirmation it was written that only City tax should be paid at the hotel during check-in and no more extra fee or hidden charge, he insists and I refused to give him my credit card for security reasons specially as i mentioned booking asking not to pay any extra fee then i give him cash 50 EUROs and he told me will be returned back to me as 43 CHF (Swiss frank) which is again by force money exchange !!! .... this was the only bad situation but worth to mention with the name of the receptionist to check if this was a single attitude or not especially during check-out other employees were so friendly
