Location is great. Staff are helpful and amazing
The room facilities are poor. It’s aparthotel, however, no kettle, no tea, hair dryer is not good. The bathroom is tiny, if someone is obese/overweight it would not be able to go inside. There is a horrible stair in room with balcony so you can’t take your luggage up to the room.

Apartment has a view of the lake and is within walking distance of both the lake and the train station. The breakfast was simple but plentiful. Bedding was comfortable, bathrooms were good and apartment itself was clean and quiet.
Sofa in the apartment was stained and a dining chair was broken. Carpets in external hallways were also stained and worn. We had two separate rooms that were entered via one door from the hallway. We couldn't lock that door so we had to lock both individual doors which was inconvenient when moving between the apartments. The apartments are linked by a spiral staircase. This wasn't a problem for us but it might be for others. We found it more convenient to leave all the luggage in the downstairs apartment.

Very nice hotel, spacious room, well located, right in the center of Geneva, clean room, breakfast was very simple, breakfast lounge area still under work.
Nice front desk staff.
Parking is just few meters from the hotel, very cheap, they charged me € 24 for 24 hours parking.
A minor thing that I have noticed, carpet at isles are very dirty, stained, it would be better to consider replacing it. Plus the chosen color was abad choice.

Wonderful
The penthouse family suite was perfect for our family. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a great location, a short walk to the lake and main train station. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Nothing. But if i had to nit pick, the carpet in the common hallways do need to be replaced and refreshed.

Nice apart hotel. Good value of money. Very close to the station- 5min walk. Small kitchen with evening you need, even dishwasher. Room is big enough. Quiet to sleep even the area is noisy.
Did not order breakfast so cannot say anything about it. Shops at rhe train station is working till later snd during Sunday

The kitchen was great. There was a two-burner cooktop, good sized under-counter fridge and (drum roll) a mini-dishwasher! It had enough pots pans, and cleaning supplies. In Geneva, having a kitchen is very helpful because of the high cost of restaurants (and also the fact that a number of restaurants close on Sunday). The second positive is the location--easy walk (even with luggage) from the train station (there is also a bus if needed). It's also close to the lake / Bains de Paquis. Geneva is an expensive city with limited hotel options, and I was so glad to find this place at a reasonable price (for Geneva).
I loved the space-saving Murphy bed, but it was less comfortable than a regular bed. Also, the windows didn't open very wide, so I had to use aircon even though the weather outside was nice.

Lights arrangement needs improvement, some lights are warm colors other are cold. In general was dark in the room.

The second room we got was very good
Location of hotel is fantastic
We got room 208. When we entered the roof slatting fell on my wife and injured her back. The room was uninhabitable and we were given a different room. But we lost 4 hours in moving plus the treatment.

location is fair about 10 minute walk to train station, room overall is quite okay, kitchen is okay with my expectation,

I stayed here for two weeks and very much appreciated having the kitchenette in my room (fridge, induction stove, dishwasher, and plates/utensils/pots and pans were all included). The location is also fantastic, just a few blocks from the lake. Finally, the staff were terrific. I would absolutely stay here again on a future trip!

The good part of this hotel is the location. Easy access to buses and trains. The breakfast was great and the quantity of items served was more than what one could eat. Because of an ongoing renovation the breakfast was dropped at our rooms which was convenient in a way. There were basic kitchen utensils which was good enough if you needed to cook.
One of the rooms had a spider web and a huge spider. And also there was a pea size insect on the ceiling of the room. The linen was not looking very clean.
