Great location, roomy apartment, useful kitchen.
Very friendly staff.
The 'shower' which hangs in the bath tub.
Very inconvenient, dangerous (slippery), and it makes a mess (lots of water on the floor).

The front desk staff were friendly on arrival and helped me with an early check in. They were responsive to my noise complaint and were generally helpful throughout my stay.
The walls were very thin so I was bothered by noise coming from the adjacent rooms, furniture dragged in the apartments above me and street noise. The beds were very firm. I was staying during a heat wave and the temperature of my room would not go below 22 degrees C. The breakfast was average with the "hot" food rarely hot and same for the entire week of my stay.

Great location 10 min walk from the train station, 5 min walk to the Geneva lake ,close to the old city. Very good breakfast including nice features like fresh fruit, berries and orange juice press. Friendly and helpful stuff.
Unfortunately there is no sound isolation between the rooms and you can clearly hear your neighbor talking on a phone for an hour in the night.

- Location: walkable to the local tourist attractions and train station to take day trips to Lausanne and other towns
- Very close to Bains des Paquis to take a dip in the lake during the summer heat wave
- Tiny bathroom and sink
- When housekeeping comes, they start cleaning around 8:30am. Too early, especially considering all the noise they make through the paper thin walls
- Lady receptionist needs to smile and be more friendly. Seems a bit uptight
- Breakfast has good options but if you’re not quick enough, some of the good stuff like bacon are gone. Replenishing them is slow.
- This hotel is cheaper than others but still remarkably expensive compared to the overall value you get. You’re pretty much paying for location.

Well located and pretty good for comfort and noise
Air conditioning was unable to cool the room. The rooms are a bit tired. Poor lighting. Poor system for disposing of garbage from the kitchenette. Expensive for what you get but this is probably just Geneva...

The location was great …easy walk from the train station and easy walk to Rue des Alpes , & the promenade around the Lac Leman. The studio apartment was clean & comfortable.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful
I was disappointed that there was no view from the window. However I was only there for 2 nights and was out most of the time

The front desk representatives were nice and attentive to our needs. The room was clean and comfortable and with shower as I requested. The room had coffee maker, tea kettle, and utensils. The breakfast was very good. It was really convenient to have meal in the morning before going to sightseeing trips. In all aspects, the property satisfied our needs. The bus station, where most of tours began, is located across the street, train station is ten minutes to walk, the lake is right down to the street.
The air conditional unit did not work consistently to keep the room temperature as we like. When I opened window, the cigarettes smoke from the street got to the room and woke me up during night.

The sink in the bathroom was clogged. Although staff intervened, it was still not the best. Hopefully the ongoing renovations will resolve the issue.

Great Location: at a walking distance from the train station and in the heart of the city center, close to the Geneva Lake. Bustling neighborhood with a broad range of restaurants, bars, cafes and convenience stores.
Large size rooms, with the necessary amenities.
Noisy street maintenance works just in front of the hotel entrance at the time of my stay, but of course out of control of the hotel management.
