The hospitality at Splendide is everything a great hotel should offer—and rarely does anymore. The staff are genuinely kind, helpful, and truly care about your comfort. It reminded me of how hotels used to be, with personal touches that made all the difference. Each morning started with a delightful breakfast—freshly baked croissants, specialty jams, and rich, freshly brewed coffee. It felt like a treat, not just a routine. My room had the most beautiful view from the balcony, a perfect place to start or end the day. While I was out exploring, the room was always cleaned to perfection—a small detail that spoke volumes about the care they put into everything. The location couldn’t be better—just a short, easy walk to both Crans and Montana, with bus stops nearby if you want to go farther.
This stay was more than just a getaway—it felt like being welcomed into an exclusive five-star retreat. I’ll always remember this truly unforgettable time at Splendide.

Views are outstanding. Breakfast was cute, nice selection of continental bits and good coffee.
Would have liked a kettle in the room with some tea and coffee, plus bottles of water. Really struggled without this. Decor is outdated, couldn’t have a proper shower as the head was in a weird position over the bath. Heating was either too extreme or very cold.

The location is very central, except that more walking to the bus station was required because of road works taking the closest stop out of action. The owner Kindly offered to drive me.

Breakfast: Excellent choice of food from the buffet with an option for a hot cooked breakfast supported by professional and friendly service.
Location: The hotel was on a quite road with a wonderful view of the valley and very convenient for both Crans and Montana.
