I loved how I felt like a Queen, with the room service and the phone calls being picked up immediately. I liked how the front desk listen to us and with our concerns. Wonderful stay. Would stay again.
I didn't like being charged $251 out the blue and front desk stated that the hotel just does that just because. I also did not like at the restaurant a server put a $40 tip on my bill without me know when it was only 218, we gave them tip in cash.

The room was spacious
I felt like I was in France and everything was just over priced and no pool I had 2 kids and they couldn’t do nothing except sitting on the hall and anything Theo touched was charge in my room. Honestly i paid more way to much money thank when we stayed at the four seasons. For the price is to much even a snack for a kid was over priced and I didn’t see the luxury like the four seasons

The room was so comfortable. The bed and pillows exceptional. And the temperature perfect. Most important it was extremely quiet. I needed to consult the staff twice. They addressed me by name and solved my problem immediately.

Extremely friendly staff, nice room, excellent restaurant, very nice gym with fittness equipment from Technogym
The only thing which I disliked was: the hotel did not provide me with a bill containing the amount of money paid to booking.com (although I explained to them several times that I need such a bill)
