I loved the location in Old Port which was ideal for the events I had scheduled to attend. The kitchenette was well stocked with utensils to accommodate up to four persons.
The bath shower could use a mat, as anyone one with a balance issue could easily slip and fall. I placed a towel on the floor to prevent slipping when stepping out the shower to the floor.

Personal is polite and kind. Hotel is very well located.
The valet lost the keys of my car for hours!!! We had to cancel a restaurant experience that we booked weeks before specifically (we came from USA). I received no formal nor informal apologies for the inconvenience??!!!! The concierge service is not reflecting a 4 star hotel. WiFi is horrible and there is no space at the right height to work with a computer.

All the accoutrements of the room—microwave, coffee maker, fridge, etc. Comfortable bed, spacious room. The location in Vieux Montreal is terrific.
The lighting could be better in the room. Choices at breakfast are limited. Personal fussbudget item: plain yogurt instead of sweetened would have been nice. I was charged for a day of parking that didn't happen, but it was reversed with an apology when I noticed it.

The included breakfast (anything on menu) plus coffee was top quality and could be had in room (I learned too late) Their courtyard is lovely as is the view from balcony & terrace. Bedding was fine, L’Occitaine products, Nescafé, kitchenette, and of course the welcome present. concierge was competent and the location central to best of Montreal. Cafes and restaurants nearby are great and the architecture is gorgeous. Location location.
Storage space for clothing and outlets sporadic and sparce. Cleaning starts a “bit” early if at breakfast. Again, friendly staff so no real issue. Young desk staff don’t seem too familiar with area from restaurants to landmarks. Better to ask concierge, Also construction on St. Paul made things a bit less charming at times, but we found our way around it. doorman, anyone from the area.
