Friendly and helpful front desk ( especially Aymane !) and dining room staff, rooms were clean, location is great. I appreciated the nice touch of sending me birthday tokens.
Sufficient supply of breakfast items.
The quality of some of the breakfast items could be better - eg runny eggs and dry patties

The room was very nice! Spacious with a nice kitchen even though I was not able to take advantage of it. The bed was very comfortable and the same with the pillows which allowed me to sleep nicely. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with some nice healthy options. The location of the hotel was central and easy to get around.
The only complaint about the room is the windows felt like they allowed noise from the outside in and I could hear the road workers outside in the morning.
The other note was about the parking that it is not attached to the hotel and it is separate so you have to walk outside to get to the hotel. Not a major issue, however I was checking in late night & leaving early morning and was looking for a hotel with underground parking so I could check-in & check-out easily.

Good utensils in the kitchenette. The breakfast was more than I expected, a very good way to start the day. Close to the public transport and shops. Great laundry services and nice compact gym.

Staff was friendly and the location was perfect for a first time visitor. Literally on the same street as the grand staircase and the subway.
My view was of the trash but it was an upgraded room so can’t complain too much. Also, some of the complimentary hygiene products weren’t refilled. Toilet was also broken before we got there.
