Beds were very comfortable and the room was bigger than I expected it to be. While the hotel was under renovations I appreciated that it was not overly messy.
I searched for a hotel with free parking and when I got there I was informed that parking was only free on the streets. I was charged an additional $10 for parking. I probably would have booked somewhere else if I had known that.
Also it would have been nice to know that the hotel was under renovations before booking.

Amazing hotel yet they need to work on cards (Key) every time we had to go to lobby to reactivate the fobs/keys.

Was clean, and staff very friendly
The free breakfast was terrible. Kidney beans and boiled eggs (that were green on the inside). The breakfast room was also FREEZING.

The location was great, just across the airport with surrounding awesome malls few minutes away.
My room was not cleaned the second day, bedsheets were not changed and I didn’t receive supply of toiletries.

I liked the location
The room i originally booked smelled like mold, the shower had mold, the carpet was old and lifting..went to complain and the lady at the front desk knew exactly what was wrong with the room.. she offered to have someone come spray the room with febreze but then she provided us a different room with no smell but the room was dirty and the shower was full of mold.. don’t think about looking under the bed or between the bed and the wall.. it was dirty..

The location proximity to Montreal tourist spots!
We want a convenient stay supposedly but we didn't get it all. Because intercom phone has no dial tone in our room and our coffee maker is broken. I reported it with the reception as soon as we arrived but it was not rectified by hotel technician but atleast the coffee maker was replaced by another one. Its really annoying that i need to go down to reception if i need to ask something. We were expecting to be given a new room at least, if the phone was not fixed.

We recently stayed at your hotel, and overall, we enjoyed our time. However, I’d like to share some feedback that I hope will be helpful.
We arrived a little early and asked if it might be possible to check in. The front desk agent kindly said yes, but also mentioned there would be a change. This was a bit unclear to us, as we’ve never experienced a situation like this before—usually, it’s either possible to check in early or we’re asked to wait. Since it was only about an hour before regular check-in, a clearer explanation would have been appreciated.
Parking was another area of confusion. We were told that parking was first come, first served, and that if we left and returned to no available spaces, we would have to park at another hotel a few minutes’ walk away and pay there, with a refund provided from your end. While we appreciate the refund option, the arrangement felt a little inconvenient and unexpected.
This trip was also a special one for us, as we were celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday. We were hoping for a smooth experience, so I wanted to share this feedback constructively. We appreciate the service provided and hope these small improvements can make future stays even better.
