Good size room. Clean and comfortable. The location is great with plenty of shopping, cool bars, great restaurants all in walking distance and the Bell Center just 1 block over for ice hockey or concerts. The staff I encountered were all very pleasant and helpful. I didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on that but I friends who had the breakfast and they were very happy with it.

Wonderful
Very close to Bell Centre and walkable to Old Port, so location is great. Staff were great. Facilities are nice enough. Breakfast was far, far better than the typical hotel buffet. Would stay again without hesitation.
The view from our room was the alley.

It was very close to everything, the staff were helpful and polite and anything we requested or needed came very quickly. The TV wasn’t working in our original room and they moved us no problem to one that worked.
The pillows are quite lumpy and could use an update

Beds are extremely comfortable. So are the pillows. Easy access to parking garage. Friendly staff. Room service was very good and timely.
Our room did not get cleaned yet upon our return at 3 in afternoon. A touch disappointed however we called for towels to be changed and they came right away. No waiting which was nice.
The lobby is looking a little worn and dated. Red furniture faded. Carpet completely worn. Could use a little facelift.
