Location. Comfy bed.
Wifi was terrible. Toilet plumbing dripped all night. Cheap fridge buzzed. Noisy heater. Had to dig out power sockets from behind furniture to charge laptop, phone etc.

The breakfast was just the perfect way to start the day. The pastries were very fresh and the coffee was superb (and I am a coffee snob)
It would be nice to be able to purchase some light snacks directly in the hotel.

Great location! Liked the free pastries for breakfast. Lots of art around the property, the decor is great.
The bathtub seemed to be a little clogged or at least it wasn’t draining very well. Also this is a bit not picky but I wish there was an electric kettle in the room to boil water for tea.
