The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect, as we were visiting McGill. There was plenty of space in the room and the beds were comfortable.
The room could use some updating, mostly in the kitchen. And it would be nice if they were smart TVs so we would have the ability to watch more shows on streaming services

Great stay with an excellent location, just a short walk to the Museum of Fine Arts, Salle Bourgie, and nearby shopping.
We had breakfast, it’s a bit pricey, but worth it for a long day. There is a buffet and plenty of options for all tastes; the server was very helpful.
The hotel offers convenient valet parking, so we left our car for the entire stay and enjoyed walking around.
Looking forward to coming back in the future.

We were upgraded to suite with a full kitchenet and separate bedroom. Perfect in every way. One of the nicest and biggest rooms we have ever stayed in. Bed was extra large king with a perfect firm mattress and the deepest, softest pillows you will ever find.

-Friendly, helpful staff.
-On-site parking being available.
-Availability of a kitchenette, iron, kettle, microwave, hairdryer.
-Units were a bit noisy: could hear chatty neighbours.
-Water pressure was somewhat underwhelming, but understandable for the 18th floor.
-Only one chair.
-To have a kitchenette and not have a table to sit at to eat.
-Kitchenette was a bit small, could've used more working surface.

Very big suites. Tastefully decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff (front desk and valet, in particular). Bathrooms well stocked with linens and a very large towel rack.
