Mostly friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff was very friendly.
Breakfast was mediocre, not much choice.
The microwave in the room wouldn't open after a run.
The sink was slightly clogged so we had to be very careful with how much water we used, otherwise it would fill up and wash up all the dirt from the pipe.
The cleaning was mostly okay, but here and there some dust.

Very good room (actually apartment) with everything you could possibly need (minus safety box - unless I missed it). Very clean, excellent bed comfort. good noise isolation. Hot water in the shower with excellent pressure (albeit only fixed shower head). However, the fan in the bath didn't activate, not a big deal though. Kitchenette had all the required items. Comfortable living room.
Good breakfast, many options, though only cold (no hot dishes).
Location excellent.
The biggest pain point was actually the elevator. Not sure who designed that - but two elevators for a hotel like setting with that many floors, it's reckless. Good though for the workout - as you end up taking the stairs many times, especially if you're at a lower floor.
Hot options for breakfast would have been nice. As well as decaf coffee option.
Parking - had to go to a nearby hotel for parking (Delta) - not far, but in the winter, especially when we left, would have been much nicer to take the elevator (or stairs??) straight to parking (which they had, though limited spaces?) instead of going out, walking to the car, then syncing with the family to come out with the luggage to pick them up.

So clean, new mattresses, freat pillows clean bathrooms, breakfast....great location, great kitchenette, so much room in suites....
So hot.....had to keep windows open.....heating was in super mode....

Good value for money and spacious, comfortable rooms. The location is actually pretty good once you figure it out.
We arranged for an early check-in but our room still wasn't ready after 5pm

Breakfast met our expectations
The supporting staff were very good, they looked after all of the quests superbly
Timing of room service was somewhat off Yes we slept in, however when we had left the tag to "go ahead" , only once was it completed
At the front desk, we secured additional shampoo & coffee. Along with tea bags from the kitchen.
Our bed was a double, my mistake. I assumed that it would be a queen size.
On our next visit, It will be a queen.
By the way, I mentioned to the front desk to assign the custodian to secure the toilet bowl to the floor

I like that the property is downtown.
This property needs upgrading. My room had a blocked bathroom sink and the blow dryer didn’t function.

The room layout was awesome. Everything was clean/new. Staff were lovely.
