Vincent at the concierge’s desk was excellent.
The air conditioning of the bedroom of our suite was non existent.

Valet was smooth, even offered a bottle of water for the road when we left. Check in was a breeze, they have great attention to detail. Yuri and the concierge made our stay extra special. Thanks to them, highly recommend.
