Staff was friendly, room was basic but clean, had convenient touches (mini fridge, boot rack, coffee machine). The sink was a bit clogged (water would drain slowly), but nothing major. I enjoyed the stay.
The decorations could be upgraded, the clogged sink could be fixed, the coffee cups were not changed over night and left on the bedside table

Location and parking was great. I liked the character of the hotel and the pool table in the basement. The beds were comfortable.

The location was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large. The washroom was clean and well-furnished. The room was quiet and located on a quiet floor/corner.

This hotel is in an amazing location. Montreal is a very big city with a lot to offer, so being in a hotel at the center of everything is very convenient. The rooms were also excellent being that they were always very clean and had most of the amenities a person needs.
It was a normal hotel experience and that is really appreciated. There was nothing that I really hated from being at this location.
