Staff!!! They were fast, friendly and helpful. The hotel's common areas are beautiful and well kept. The bed was nice as well. The rooms are really soundproof. The location is excellent and the room amenities were what I would expect and good.
The room is truly outdated. it was clean, but the bathroom is in dire need of an upgrade. Bathtub didn't drain well. Shower head jets were so strong, it hurts. Floor of bathroom was 7/10. The valets are nice. However, one of them (morning) was on his phone so I had to get his attention at one point, and I had to put my own luggage in the car. Was not helpful whatsoever.

We have chosen this hotel because of the swimming pool as advertised by google, tripadvisor etc. However, it was frustrating to find out that the swimming pool has been out of order for some time. Nevertheless, hotel staff was kind enough to offer some coupons to cheer us up a bit..

I will not repeat this definitely i paid for a room to be occupying 4 we were shocked it is only 2! We waled up 6 am on noises by there is wedding celebration next to our room, and when we asked for help the hotel did nothing
Overrated hotel and booking is charging extra i selected 2 nights and then they send me notification that this was only one night

The location and facilities were good.
The hotel needs more staff. The service during breakfast and at the bar is extremely slow. The air conditioner doesn’t work. Some staff at the lobby are not good trained, the guy didn’t explain us all the information and sent us to a parking lot super far away without mentioning that there was a parking lot just at the back of the hotel.
