We did a reservation with breakfast included, in the morning they told us it wasn’t.
The room was very dirty, especially the floor it was very dusty ( I had a crawling baby with us, his pants changed color from the dirty floor for the very little tube we put him down. There was even trash under the bed. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest.

Showed up to check in and waited in line while the staff seemed to argue with someone at the front of the line. Finally got my key card and went to the room, only to find out it didn't work at which point I had to go back and wait in line again to get it fixed.
Got back to the room and opened it only to find they gave us a single queen bed instead of two doubles as booked. I went back to the desk and waited in line again. By this point I'm already late for the event we came to town to attend and standing in their un air conditioned lobby waiting in line for the third time. I finally get a working key card for the right room and the guy at the desk says he'll look into a discount for us before checkout. Or course, at checkout nothing has been done and no discount is available so the staff member said she'll look into it later that day. Nothing happens, no phone call. So I message the hotel and they message back giving me a number to call "their management".
I've now called multiple times and no one has returned my call. This place is a giant scam, the rooms are poorly kept, the hallways smell like weed, and there were tons of sketchy people around. I would never stay here again and recommend against it.

They let people smoke weed anywhere from inside to outside, the hotel is not clean at all, the staff wasn’t rude but even after I showed the guy the blood on the towel - and told him I don’t want to stay there, he was trying to force us to stay. Had to call customer service at the front desk for 30+ mins after driving to this location for 14 hours straight.

Close to the trans Canada highway, polite staff, bed was comfortable, dog friendly, security locks on hallways, friendly maid, walking distance to beautiful parks, lots of parking
No coffee maker in room, property and room need some work, need security cameras in parking lot, TV didn’t have HDMI hook up

I paid extra to have kitchenette but there were no ustenstils, no dishes, nothing to cook with. Proof to
Booking, I called the hotel and was told there is nothing to worry about, everything will be available / but it was no true. The girl at the reception wanted me to pay again to “rent” dishes and pans. Also, the room and the bathroom are very small.
