Very convenient location to CHUM hospital and old city. Helpful staff. Room was clean. Front desk conveniently booked a taxi for us to return to the airport. Easy to find places to eat nearby.
We booked a king suite with kitchen including a fridge and dishwasher but cupboards were totally bare of dishes and cutlery. It would have been helpful to at least have paper towel and soap to use at the kitchen sink. Why have a kitchen with no basic supplies? I purchased some groceries before I realized this and had to fashion a spoon out of cardboard to eat my yogourt. A kind housekeeper gave me a spoon on my third day when I asked. I’m not sure the extra cost for the suite was worth it with not having those needed items Otherwise it was a great stay.

Room was super clean, beds comfy, modern bathroom with glass shower. In room K-cup coffee maker, worked very well. Breakfast was very good and even had an expresso machine for superb coffee. Interior valet heated parking available. Everyone was all smiles and helpful. Would definitely stay again without hesitation. A 2 minute walk to CHUM hospital
