The internet says free breakfast. I had to pay 13 for the breakfast that was substandard. I am already paying up for the room. Where most hotels including the buffet style breakfast in the cost.
Breakfast included in the cost. Or at least if you are going to make me pay make it worth it like a restaurant style with options.
The room was noisy.

The room was spacious with high ceilings which felt nice and there’s still a window that opens (thank goodness!) for fresh air. The beds were fine but the pillows were a bit lumpy. Everything else was fine for our needs.
It’s a dated building but they’ve put some effort into making the rooms a bit better. The shower didn’t have much pressure. Hotels don’t seem to include extra blankets anymore so we asked for one and for the first time in our entire traveling experience, we had to go down to get it. Also, unlike Alberta, it seems common practice to charge for the continental breakfast in Quebec and this one might be acceptable if it was included in the room price but at $12 plus tax each, the breakfast wasn’t worth it unless you’re desperate for convenience. So, the hotel is fine depending on your needs and expectations.
