Wonderful
Excellent stay. We booked the corner suite, which was very spacious, bright, and comfortable with lots of natural light. A crib was provided as requested for our toddler, and the check-in process was smooth. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was also great, with generous portions that we really enjoyed. The location was also excellent, within walking distance to many restaurants and cafés while being slightly quieter than the busier areas.
The suite faces the street, so there can be occasional noise, such as a garbage truck passing by, although it did not wake our toddler. There is also a short set of stairs to reach reception, but the staff were very helpful with bringing our luggage up, which we appreciated.

We loved this hotel for a long weekend stay over Valentine's Day. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations. The hotel is located in old town but on a quiet street so you weren't bombarded with tourists.

Wonderful
Modern designed interiors with some original elements, expansive and well designed room, very comfortable bed, excellent breakfasts, very friendly staff.
Not located in busier areas of Old Montreal yet only a short walk away. Quiet at night.
Conveniently close to Square Victoria and Metro.
We walked easily from the Gare Central to the hotel with our small luggage.
Only negative was the small gym with very basic equipment only

Comfortable. Excellent location. Clean. Simple. New. Well-equipped. All in all sweet.
The restaurant doesn't have soy milk! If you drink your coffee with soy milk, then you are - like me - going to be annoyed every morning.

Room was ready before the check in time an as I arrived earlier I could benefit from it. Love the nespresso and flow water in the room.
Love the smell of the products in the bathroom.
The restaurant was closed for a private function unfortunately and the room service options are not enough to accommodate every palate ..

The location was perfect for a stay in Old Montreal. Easy access to the port, shopping, and great restaurants but also on a quiet street. The hotel is charming and the staff super friendly.
Breakfast was fine but it could be improved. The eggs were overcooked and lacking in flavor. The bread was bland too. Also, please serve room temp butter for us butter lovers.

Very comfortable beds and quality beddings.
Probably the best sleep we had in a hotel aside from the Ritz Carlton.
Location is convenient.
Breakfast was bountiful tasty - better than the last time we stayed.
Very chic room and clean.
Loved the big bathtub.

We didn’t get the woof pack :-( and my dog was looking for it when we checked into our room as she remembered from the last stay. Oh well hopefully next time!

The staff and hotel were excellent! 10 out of 10. We especially appreciated the design of this hotel.
The breakfast quality was disappointing. Service was great, but the breakfast itself was very plain, our bread and muffin (from our eggs Benedict) were stale. The nuts with our oatmeal were stale. I would very highly recommend this hotel, but suggest that you get your breakfast in one of the excellent cafes in Old Montreal.
