The night shift lady at front desk was not at all friendly or accommodating. Have booked a room with 2 queens bed , they allocated one king bed , on asking why they did that , they mentioned u r checking late. End up paying for rolling bed which the morning manager provided as complimentary .

Competent, friendly, and polite staff.
Spacious rooms with large, comfortable beds and a variety of pillows to choose from.
Breakfast: the best freshly baked croissant in all of Montréal.
Great location.

• No amenities provided.
• Shower with only a fixed showerhead, no handheld option. 2 meters high…
• Long hair completely soaked every day.
• I requested a shower cap at reception for two days, but it was never provided.
• Quite surprising for a four-star hotel.
• A lot of street noise, poor soundproofing.

Location
Arrived late with my friend and was only offered a king size bed instead of two doubles as requested when I booked the room. I hit the correct radio button on your site and still got the wrong bed. Hotel did nothing to ameliorate the issue. Called Booking.com and they failed me too. Last time with Holiday Inn and Booking.com
