Breakfast and pool area.
Beds are comfortable & room was modern
Shower was awful!! You can’t get hot water to run,
When we called reception we were told to let it run for 15 mins. We had to do this most days. What a waste of water! The thermostat on the shower was temperamental. The fridge didn’t work in our room.

I liked the location, the breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly ant the rooms were clean. This is our second time staying here and both times were great!!
Really no complaints at all. The only thing I would change is the breakfast time. Instead of ending at 10 it should end at 11. That would be the only thing I would of liked more.

Everything was great! Wish the parking lot was not so tiny and hard to maneuver around, but that is not a hotel issue as its a public lot attached to hotel. (Caution if you drive a big vehicle, our Kia Sorento was TIGHT!!) Overall Everything was wonderful and great location. The kids had a great time and we all enjoyed the buffet breakfast!

Good breakfast, friendly staff
Beware to anyone travelling with children, the parking lot does not directly access the hotel. It is accessed through a shopping mall and a separate elevator. It's a pain in the ass with children and no carts to bring luggage from the parking garage. Good luck finding parking out front to quickly unload as it's all a no stopping zone. While we were there the hot water was shut off for 7 hours on the first day. We checked in at 3pm so didn't think this would affect our stay. WRONG. The pool was so cold that it was unusable day 1 and day 2. Only by day 3 was it mildly tolerated. This also affected hot water in the rooms, and in the shower it was mildly warm for 5 minutes and then would go ice cold.
Also heads up, this hotel does not use mattress covers or even fitted sheets so its pretty disgusting just a top sheet thrown over a mattress. They also failed to stock the rooms with hand soap. The doors to the bathroom are sliding doors with no locks, very unsuitable for children and there was no bath only a shower.

Two group of friends booked 2 separate rooms for a birthday, one of the on the 14th floor, the others on the 12th floor. When trying to go down to meet with the rest of our friends on the 12th floor, we were not able to select 12th floor. When asked reception, they responded rudely as to why would we want to go to the 12th floor if our room was on the 14th. Never have i seen an hotel where you cannot reach another floor. Parking is overpriced (30$ per night that they take directly from your security deposit). Barely any hot water even though the lever was all the way up to Hot (during winter time).
