I was pleasantly surprised with the room. It looked just as in the picture. The room was clean and the bathroom contemporary. The location is good and the staff were courteous. I would definitely stay at this property again.
I was disappointed no fridge in the room and no ice machine in the hotel. Overnight hotel parking was expensive, I was able to find less expensive parking at the bus station down the street. The hallways are a little tired as well as the lobby.

Worst night ever. I was in room 348 and the fan was on and making a horrible noise. I sepn my night trying to turn it off. There is a button to turn the heater off but does not work. I called the front desk around 5am, the employee was rude.

the accessibility to metro station is really good.
I think they can do better on this property to improve and restore better. Unfortunately the room felt so old, dark and dirty, Furniture are old and the dresser chair is broken. the light for clothing is really dark you cant barely see the area. The sofa bed and the carpet has smell. and the lightings for me is too dark there is no option to increase the brightness. The second lock was broken, and the request to transfer to a newer room was not considered. As a tourist, I would prefer to have assistance on transportation, tourist spots and a more welcoming approach from the reception.

Hotel was close to everything and had onsite parking with in and out privileges
The room was not like the photos shown, the staff refused to turn the heat down despite multiple customer complaints, toiletries and many amenities were not available.

The location was great for a short stay. It was near the bus terminal and metro station.
The lack of attention. The staff was just there to work their hours and no care was given to the quality of service they provided.
The lobby was dusty, dark and unwelcoming and when we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist did not even lift his head.
We encountered 3 receptionists during our stay, none was attentive nor helpful. Upon arrival, though we arrived very early and knew that we could not check in yet, the guy at the desk did not ask for our names and did not offer luggage storage until we asked. We decided to walk around to look for brunch and upon our return at 3PM, we were met by another receptionist that informed us that our room was not ready. It was as if I just arrived that very moment as the previous receptionist did not make any notes for our booking.
The room size was good but needed refurbishment but I was thankful to find a mattress protector as the mattress was old. There was no fridge which I believe is a standard even for a 3 star hotel, the curtains needed a good wash and the bathroom towels were not the best condition anymore.
I talked to the 2nd receptionist the next morning regarding the loose shower head before we left for a whole day of exploring the city. When we arrived back to our room, the shower has not been looked at and I came down to complain to the desk.
I finally had it when we decided to order Ubereats for a late dinner delivery and we asked the desk for cutlery and she simply shrugged her shoulders and said "we don't have any more". I asked if she would have at least some forks and she flat out said "No". I even joked and asked if not even one fork was available. We ate our food with make shift shovels from the paper cups as she could not be bothered to go down to get some cutlery from the breakfast hall.
We changed rooms after I insisted that the broken shower was unbearable for another two nights stay.

The location.
Dishonest management and room is not safe. The glass on the table was faulty and exploded when I put my glass bottle on it scattering glass all over the room. When I told the front desk they said they don't have access to the hpuse keeping room for a vacuum and was given a brush to brush it off myself. Me, my wife and my 5 month old son spent the night in this room full of shattered glass. At check out the receptionist told me I was good to go and apologised for being put in this situation, she confirmed that there are no charges and that the security deposit had been released. After a couple of days I noticed the hotel charged $775 to my credit card without my notice or consent and even didn't release the security deposit of $250. When I spoke to the hotel manager he said the room is verified after we check out which does not make any sense as it was already on file and the receptionist even took a photo of it during the incident and was mentioned at check out. Very dishonest and uncooperative management and was the worst experience I ever had in a family trip.

the lobby was really pretty
the ac unit was literally open to the outside like a window, and there was a portable ac unit for us to use instead. imagine waking up in the morning with your window open in 5C weather. there was hair in the shower, the main entrance for cars was broken, the ice machine was broken, and they didnt have water in the vending machines.
